Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Return Window
If your order is faulty or damaged, you must request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return
Please email info@funeralseeds.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, including a description and clear photograph of the issue. We will confirm next steps and provide return instructions.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.

Replacements
Replacements are issued like-for-like and cannot be amended once processed.

Product Condition
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Costs

  • If an item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, we will cover the return postage.
  • If the item was ordered incorrectly or is no longer required, we cannot accept the return.
